The Hill House:
Reno Hills is a great Project, Phase 1 will be 6 Houses, so guaranteed privacy. All 6 built on a separate Hill that will be approx 2 meters above the existing ground level, there will be several plots of 500 m2, and the building area of each House will be 200 m2. There will be a communal pool of 4x12 meters, and a Jacuzzi. Every owner has to pay a monthly fee of 2.500 Baht for cleaning communal areas, swimming pool maintenance, and guaranteed 24 Hours guarded. If you need more maintenance service like a maid, or a Gardener, this can all be arranged by us. Every House has a direct line to the Guard, in case it's necessary. If you want to rent out your House, we will take care of all arrangements that will have to be made, you can only rent out your House through us, so we can decide and control potential renter, it should be realistic to make at least 10% ROI a year on your investment.Any questions?
